At The Money Academy, we discovered that the inquiry about how money works in the world really takes shape for kids beginning at a young age. They form the foundational understandings of money that will shape their financial futures.

Through our experience working with kids, we have developed a unique method of introducing financial concepts in a “kid-friendly” way.  Kids gain an empowering understanding of basic money principles.

Gayle Skiera is the founder and CEO of The Money Academy.   Gayle founded The Money Academy after noticing that children are often not equipped to manage their money powerfully–now or when they are on their own. Using her experience as a business coach, public speaker, author, and mother, she designed an experiential program that provides this vital piece of education. 

Her programs include: Financial Freedom Coaching, kids’ afterschool and summer camp programs, and workshops for parents.  She is a member of the United Way Leadership Council for Financial Stability. 

Gayle’s ability to assist people in creating a more powerful financial perspective for themselves has earned her the title of “The Profit Prophet” by her students.  Her commitment is to create a future of financial freedom for everyone.
